This blog is intended as a forum for the residents of Turtle Rock to share news and communicate on issues that affect our community. Resident opposition <a href="http://www.freewebs.com/turtlerocktowers/">continues to be strong</a>. The city council unanimously denied Newpath a permit again on June 18, 2009. Newpath immediately filed an appeal, which will be heard during the city council meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2009.<br /><br />Residents are encouraged to submit their questions and comments to Irvine City Planner, Bill Rodrigues.
